Okay this album isn't 30 minutes but 39 minutes although I want to complain about how short the songs are: for an album that deals heavily with depression, suicide, war, drugs - WHY did they have to make this album so "radio friendly" meaning all the tracks feel very shortened, the guitar riffs in between the vocal verse breaks are very short giving no time to breathe in the instrumental pieces.

um no way man 39 minutes feels too short hence the Three Days Grace album I listed. It has 12 tracks although seriously go listen to that album from start to finish! Even if you may not find it the best album ever - it proves my point that the songs feel too short - apart from Track 1 and I Am Machine they are decent length otherwise the rest feel way too rushed such as the track Car Crash (really great song btw).

no, I appreciate a band who can be concise and make use of brevity. Of course I don't USUALLY pay any conscious mind to length, but if I had to choose I'd say right around 30 minutes is my ideal.
