What? Young Lust is a great cock-rock song, and deliberately so. ABITW part 1 is gorgeously atmospheric.

The first have as a great narrative that flows and has a conclusive end, as well as most of the best songs on the record. The second is an unfocused mess with few highlights and no real narrative until the end.

That's one of the things that can be said as consistent throughout the album. Musically both sides are inconsistent and cockrock is not good neither are filler transition songs.
