I'd go with Morning Bell (Kid A version that is, Amnesiac version is their worst track). All the different layers and textures of noise, the odd time signature, the haunting vocals, I still remember the moment it all clicked for me.

I'm gonna go ahead and back that one guy by saying Kid A Morning Bell IS the best.
I like Climbing up the Walls on OKC
but honestly i really like Nude, Reckoner, and Lotus Flower to a lesser extent. Its really hard to choose a personal favorite, but Morning Bell probably will always be at the top of the list and lotus at the bottom who knows.
