My first one was a shitty Squier strat, the neck was so fucked up that it was almost unplayable, and the guy I bought it from wouldn't answer my calls.

I would post my first guitar but it's currently disassembled because I was planning to paint it. It was an "XPectra" or something. Smaller body than usual, only one humbucker, 1 vol 1 tone. Very simplistic.

But here's my latest acquisition, just in case anyone gives a shit.

Nice. My first guitar was a Chinese Mirr's Les Paul that couldn't be tuned and lacked sustain, it was completely shit, but i managed to use it in some tracks and band practices somehow.

my first was a used epiphone les paul but after about a year of use the audio jack was completely fucked. When i brought it in to repairs, they said it's been repaired so many times that there was barely any copper wire left to re-establish a proper connection.

really bums me out.

First guitar I learned on was some borrowed acoustic.

First real guitar that I actually owned was a MIM stray which I still own and use.

yeah this was about 7 years ago. It was the place where I bought it too.

Shop owner was always a cunt and told 12 year old me that I was "no techie."

I know a fair bit of electronics now, so I might look into it myself. Just need to get it back from my friend.
