This track somewhat suggests so. It's from "A Few Old Tunes," a tape that the band probably made as a demo for record labels.

It's literally a slowed down version of the song "Trapped" by Colonel Abrams, much like track 2 on Floral Shoppe is just slowed down Diana Ross.

If you consider vaporwave to just be slowing down a song, I think Neu! wins, this album is pretty much just them slowing down and fucking around with their first album.
