Probably bait, but I can't stand this 432 stuff. It's complete bullshit, but for some reason hippies buy into it. That picture doesn't say anything, no one ever says where in nature 432 appears, and the fact that all the music you listen to uses equal temperament tuning anyway invalidates any benefits that might have existed.

432hz was apparently the standard until Hitler came thru and changed it to 440 cuz he thought it sounded more powerful

Yes, there's barely any. 432Hz has a warmer sound (for obvious reasons), 440Hz has a brighter tone. No metaphysical bullshit involved, both sound fine to me.

432 does somewhat feel more harmonious and warmer, like it flows better.

That being said, maybe I (as well as the other anon in this thread) are just more capable of picking up the difference right now because we can listen to one, and then listen to another a fraction of a second later, giving us a good comparison.

But if we were to hear those pieces separately without any reference to the other one, in the middle of the day, I'm not sure we could really tell the difference.

Kind of like if you asked someone which of two colors is the brightest. It's obviously easier to tell wih the two colors next to each others, but would you notice if you house was painted one instead of another?
