I love a lot of the Midwest emo that takes reference from math rock (TTNG, Tiny Moving Parts, Algernon Cadwallader etc.) As well as the standards like toe. Mouse on the keys does some really cool stuff with just drums and piano. Tera melos is also sick as fuck. If you got any recommendations I'd love to hear em.

There is literally nothing math rock about this album. I'm pretty sure GY!BE are more math rock than these guys, at least they have the 12/8 15/8 switch that they stole right from Slint.

I love math rock, but mainly the 90s/early 2000s post-hardcore influenced style, typically with vocals. What I don't like much is instrumental noodlecore, which I hear much more of these days.
