I don't give a shit what other people think about her or this album, I personally can't differentiate this very much from Regina Spektor, Lily Allen or Natasha Bedingfield. It's obviously of a higher quality but it's all the same to my ears and I can't stand that sort of lazy pop music

Not even memeing. I like most of the main melodies, and obviously it got incredible musicians, but I feel like this album is too much out and it doesn't have enough space overall. Dolphy does got a very very human sound and can get some insane sounds. But overall, I think that it has too much tension and not enough release. Some parts of it are just outright ugly which turned me off. It's interesting because I remember really loving this album when I first heard it a year and a half ago but now I just can't relate to it.
