-universal music good for relax, dance or night car driving
-treating vocal at the same level as instrument
-hard to find ugly track
-brilliant musical ornaments
-unity as a whole album and also many similarities between tracks

2) Cocteau Twins - Blue Bell Knoll

4) Nirvana - Bleach (not even memeing, that album's what got me really deep into rock music when I was 13)
5) Dillinger Escape Plan - Calculating Infinity (got me deep into more extreme genres & styles of music)

This was the first album that made me think that music can actually be beautiful. As well as convincing me that music was meant to be listened in full albums, not singles.

>Kanye West - My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy
I Don't like this album nearly as much anymore, but it was the first album to convince me that hip hop is a respectable genre, and to stop saying things such as "music is like candy, you throw away the rappers".

>Godspeed You! Black Emperor - Lift Yr Skinny Fists
This album changed me. It's the most beautiful thing I've ever heard.

>Slipknot - Self titled
This album helped me in my pre teen days, by acting as an outlet for any emotions I was feeling. It's still a great album.

>DIIV - Oshin
This is the album I listen to whenever I'm feeling miserable and want to feel better. It's lyrically relatable, but the general atmosphere of the album is beautiful and really positive.
