The KLF, they were a tongue in cheek house group with a punk like attitude that become really popular in the UK in the 90s for some reason. Thier sound was not as in your face as Death Grips, but their antics were. Though I don't think they can really be compared because I think they were trying to accomplish different things... really I was compare the KLFs antics more to Rage Against the Machine.
