also, to be honest i would rather have somebody rave at me about Megadeth's genius than Metallica's. at least you wouldn't just be bandwagoning the absolute most famous artist of a given genre.

I made the switch from reddit to 4chan about 6 months ago when I heard Lonerism for the first time. My pleb friends on reddit were really excited about Currents, and I liked it too. Then I dug deeper in Tame Impala's discography and discovered the little known experiential psych album Lonerism and there was no going back. I knew I had to find a new internet message board for free thinkers like me.

Since then I've been listening to nothing but the most highly experimental and avant garde music like Animal Collective and Aphex twin; bands the average redditor wouldn't understand. I'm glad to finally be among my patrician peers, blowing reddit the fuck out every night!
