Why wasn't I to assume that? That's what the chart indicates. I had assumed that we were supposed to come up with albums that followed this specific form as OPPOSED to having the climax close to the end, which is more or less expected

I think the way we think of albums should be radically redefined
the perfect length for a chunk of music is probably 20 - 35 minutes
beyond that, instead of recording entire albums, most artists should limit themselves to only a few of their best tracks, which are then compiled alongside other fitting tracks.
