what makes an album a "favorite" for you?
replayability? emotional response? whether or not /mu/ liked it?
Probably Replayability so out of my collection so far my favourites would be The Money Store, Funeral and Merriweather Post Pavilion.
Really enjoying all/almost all the songs and replayability. The sound has to be something I can't get from another album

The first two. Anyone who likes albums based on whether /mu/ likes them is either insecure or a contrarian.
Favorite : Doolittle (Pixies)
First two, but it doesn't hurt if /mu/ also likes it because it's nice to have a place to talk about things.

Definitely part of it is there anywhere else I can get this assortment of sounds (does not mean it has to be A V A N T)?
Replayability for sure to cuz, if i like it, im gonna listen to it again
and of course the totally novel idea that I like it more than others
