I usually don't eat breakfast because I'm never hungry when I wake up. When my stomach eventually wakes up an hour or so later I'm already at work on weekdays, or it's close to lunchtime on weekends.

Don't usually do it. Will occasionally get a mcmuffin and hashbrown from McDonalds.

you should force yourself to eat at least a little something at the beginning of your day and eventually you will crave food in the morning.
