Future jazz is the incorporation of jazz harmony and composition into electronic music production, typically house or techno, one of the first modern examples who pioneered it was Galaxy 2 Galaxy. Nu jazz is largely sample and breakbeat based music i.e. revolving aroun sampling jazz records and breakbeats and generally is rooted in pop music song structures.

I wouldn't consider it ambient techno. It's not too far from it either though. Their variety is more in line with the IDM/glitch genres fused with techno and some ambient passages. Some of the tracks are quite mellow but overall the album hardly has an ambient feel to it.

I agree, but ambient techno is bit of a different field. I think it's mostly about finding the balance between the "ambient" element an the rhythm intrinsic to techno.
