Well you do have to consider what the intention behind the music is. It's almost exclusively just hard dance music, it serves no other purpose, and it doesn't take itself too seriously.

To really answer this question you'd have to take into consideration more things than just the quality of the music. How it's perceived, appreciated, and fittingly judged in our culture.

I mentioned techno and house earlier because it's just hilarious how the artists actually think they're making any worthwhile art, or think their opinions on the subject of music matter in the first place.
You see a boiler room set on yt and the comments are filled with pseudo-elitist manchildren who bring up Justin Bieber every time someone mentions they don't like the music, like we're back in 2010.
