Apparently new Purity Ring leaked?
That's not a waveform. Its nice and dynamic though
What point are you trying to make? You can post about jay beebs all you want, you'll get a handful of responses and the thread will die.
I really hope you are trolling because I don't think it's possible to be this stupid.
not him, but I'm about 42%, 16 minutes left
uploaded is slow af
while we're waiting, Has anyone ever signed up / paid for the premium version of sites like uploaded or rapidgator? It is the complete rip off I assume it to be, right?
>not having a seedbox
its right here http://rutracker.org/forum/viewtopic.php?t=4932074 but im also uploading to mega right now.
here you go kiddos
>take me down
>take me down there
>I want to stare at your tears how they water your years
>I, I, I, cry 'till my bodyache
A month ahead of time is a little early for a leak, no? Also, only on the first track but I really like what they're going for. It's like they took all the murkiness out of Shrines and made it more upbeat. I probably won't like it as much as Shrines but I'm getting good vibes.
Just for the sake of making things archive-friendly.
Purity Ring - Another Eternity (2015)
>implying it's not that an R&B-tinged synthpop gem
I've only listened to the first four and Begin Again and Begin Again is easily the weakest of the five
It seems like they knew what they wanted to do with this a lot more than they did with Shrines though I can't say I like it more yet
Eh, I like that it's more diverse but it seems like it just sort of jumps around without any direction after Repetition. I feel like they could have organized the tracklist differently and avoided this because I really like most of the songs but feel like I'm sort of being dragged around to eight different spots without any clear path between them.
Shrines wasn't really that "dark", I mean it had Fineshrine and Ungirthed on it which were bouncy as hell. I would argue that Dust Hymn and Flood on the Floor are darker than anything on Shrines outside of maybe Saltkin and Catographist
>mfw I just realized I scrobbled the entire album
How fucked am I?
>it's not a trill trap album with features from Danny Brown, Soulja Boy, Lil Wayne and Gucci Mane
why is this allowed
m8 Shuck is beautiful, I hated it at first too but after like a year I realized how much I love the lyrics and how unique it is on that album.
I don't even know why people compare the two, they're not that much alike apart from the fact that they're Synthpop bands with a female singer. CHVRCHES have none of the hip-hop influences that Purity Ring have and Lauren lyrics are written completely differently than Megan's.
Once they blow up after this album they'll work with more rappers, just watch.
