I don't drink daily but I've noticed that once I start I can't stop and being too drunk has given me a lot of problems. I think about drinking pretty much daily. I never turn down the offer to go and drink somewhere and going for "a quiet one" usually ends in either drinking too much because I convinced everyone else, or going home extremely disappointed because I want to drink more but it was only ment to be a pint or two.
