its ok I used to be like you so I'm gonna give you a step-by-step guide

First if you want, change your download folder by going to Options -> File Sharing (I think the default is slsk's folder itself so you might wanna change it)
To find an album, go to Search and type in the name of the album. Often you'll see things that aren't the album, so often the related searchs may have things that narrow it down. Typing in the artist name and the album usually gives you it.
To download an album, right click on the name in the folder column and select download folder. A pop-up box gives a list of all the files so make sure you aren't downloading some dude's entire music collection. Click download selected, change the subfolder name if you want and then go to it in windows explorer
Sometimes the 'chat' tab will be highlighted and you'll see a nasty comment from the dude you were trying to download from. This is because you aren't sharing anything but you're a music thief anyway so fuck 'em and find some other schmuck's folder.

This is one of my favorite albums of all time, and I'd love for you to give it a listen when you have the time. This project is ridiculously overlooked, and this is probably the only easy way you're going to find a 320 copy of this album.
