As far as I understood it's just a profile of a girl who was at Disneyland during the same time period as Death Grips. What she posted is not relevant, it just proves that the picture of Death Grips at the Hollywood Tower is very recent and was not leaked from Andy's website last year.

It is possible, but, in my opinion, that would be far too coincidental. This is not the only proof that can be found on that twitter profile.
In the first picture they posted you can see the goggles they used at their sxsw performance lying on the floor.
They posted a picture of the arena that can be seen in the inanimate sensation video long before the video actually came out.
They also posted a screenshot of an e-mail from a guy who just wrote "Good Job". In the screenshot you can see that the mail has been sent to their official email-address. Also a month ago, some guy wrote in a thread that he wrote that mail, that could of course have been a troll, but I just wanted to point that out.
Recently they posted a picture of the pill balloons that they threw into the audience at sxsw.
And now they posted a picture from Disneyland in which they themselves can be seen.

It is possible that this is all a very complex troll, but that that possibility is very, very low. If it were a troll, than it would still be very likely that Death Grips is in contact with the guy managing this account, which then again in itself proves that they are involved with it.
And besides this is a picture of DG at Disneyland, whoever posted it, unless it is photoshopped (which I highly doubt), this is still information on the band, they are still doing stuff together.
