Is it safe to start a new one of these? Others kept getting deleted.
>80's-ish at points
Will try and give/return feedback and shit
you'll never be safe
I definitely dig the first one more. I like the feeling you're going for. That second one really didn't grab me though. Maybe it's the synth percussion.
I think this needs a real hard hook a bit earlier. Also, that beat needs to be at least 1000% tighter and not feel so lazy. Could be Madvillain level feels if you tweak it.
Pretty good for someone who's just starting out. I have a thing for single notes like that that are just kind of droned with different sounds added in and this really did it for me. Keep it up dude!
Sleepless goes fucking hard, i'm loving that pitched down vocal/moaning sample
>new weird track, synths galore, psych
>experimental electronic / glitch / bleeps / hip hop / variated stuff
>Vaporwave n shit
new EP coming out tomorrow
>Noise, Drone, Glitch, Electronic, Experimental
This could definitely benefit from a proper recording. As far as musical feedback, the note that was at the top of almost every chord you were playing got really overbearing and tiring, like listening to someone sing the same note for a whole song, if that makes sense.
Didn't blow me away or anything, but I'll admit it sounds cool.
Again, sounds cool but didn't really blow me away. I think you could benefit by experimenting with song structure instead of just doing change after change after change, if you know what I mean.
I made this track for a friend of mine to write some rap lyrics to, but this is just the instrumental:
>electronic, hip hop, instrumental
>space and singularity and astrophysics and depression and shit
Fucking bangin' as always
Huge fan of what you do, and I'm usually not one to like big beat soundcloud shit that gets spammed in these threads... I don't know which is worse, that or the experimental/drone/ambient/whatever bullshit that gets spammed around here
I'm sure it varies from thread to thread.
I've been seeing a lot more "experimental" stuff as of late, but that's not necessarily a bad thing...
Though with some of these so-called "experimental" producers, I get the impression that the term is being used as a crutch for lack of experience, but maybe I'm way off base.......
Follow this fucker:
Thanks so much for listening; we truly appreciate it. Do you have a Soundcloud floating around? Which one's yours?
Interesting sample choices on this. Relaxing. The kick could use some work, sounds a little to hollow, iunno.
Not sure where I'm taking this, maybe a more industrial sound.
i draw shit and write music
currently posted a realllly silly electronic song as well as a metal song
i also make hip hop beats and EDM shit
>electronic math rock
Raps and rap beats
>emo post punk indie rock grunge
A new track (unfinished) off my new grunge revival project.
The instrumentation is cool but the singer's voice feels like he's really holding back. If that's a stylistic choice then whatever but I feel like it'd sound nice with some fuller vocals. :)
> stoners, improv, experimental fuckery, jokes, meme noise
welcome to our part of the musical spectrum
Thanks man, I love madlib and the way he produces. I can definitely hear what you're saying about the drums. I'll keep working on it. Also I have no midi instruments which make it really difficult.
Sounds like a bunch of friends goofing around having a good time
I've done similar with friends in the past
But I guess that's why I find this somewhat charming
Half the problem is your vocals are buried deep down in the mix.
If you sat them on top a bit more and got them to pop it would sound instantly more appealing. I don't think you're a bad singer per se, just let down by a really muddy mix.
I know man, I no fucking master myself. You just gotta do your homework and put it into practice, it's the only way to get better.
(I always mix the music first then add vocals on top)
Another great little trick is automation on the main vocal volume, especially on chorus's, then you can bump it up just where you need it but still retain your original sound throughout.
> space / dark ambient
will return feedback
>doomy metal with a slight prog. twist
new bangr released today!

Amateur hip-hop producer looking for feedback, will return comments via Soundcloud
>looking for collabs n stuff
Will return feedback on SC.
Pre chilled bro, nice bass! :)
Quite interesting. Not really into the high pitched vox but hey everyone has there opinion. Keep it up it has potential.
Death Rattle is very chilled. reminds me abit of my own style. Could be some of the synths. has a beachy feel! Keep it up! :)
>melodic, melancholic electronic stuff.
Will return feedback through SC!
Pyx - The City and the Stars
For this Lo-Fi/Sci-Fi inspired music project I write/record/upload a track to soundcloud & Bandcamp from scratch in a single evening - no polishing or deliberation. This is my first shot...
>lo fi techno, ambient, analog hardware, IDM
Bandcamp pmuch. I tried making a ReverbNation account but I can't do the whole "8 MB max upload" thing. Fuck paying for bigger uploads.
Also FB, a few groups I'm in. I'd really like to branch out and find somewhere I could get some real exposure, feels like these threads are too saturated by electronic music and indie shit, no place for metal.
I see. I make electronic music so I guess it's a bit easier to find similar artists in these threads. But I only post here and on /r/futurebeatproducers.
Never heard of ReverbNation but I agree, paying for bigger uploads is bullshit.
My electropop stuff
Feedback and i'll be sure to do the same!
not even slightly dark and little bit boring for me, sorry.
Anyways, looking for feedback, returning
will return fdbk
Returning all feedback!
>contemporary classical, instrumental
