This album is the final conclusion to a project I started when I was 16. I'm 23 now. It has everything I wanted to do back then but didn't know how. Now I feel like I'm done with "angry music". Enjoy.
>Sludge. Just sludge.
Very new, very unknown sludge act, apparently one man. Very good stuff.
>electronic, dance, breaks, sampling
>atmospheric rock, post-rock, post-hardcore
>jazz hop, shibuya-kei, nu jazz
>completely sincere use of cheesy smooth jazz samples
>somewhat inspired by Nujabes
I'll return any feedback!
>Noise Pop, Shoegaze, Dream Pop
>drone, sort of metal maybe? idk
This is some great music that you should check out.
These are also good recs, especially seconding Sidney Wilde
Love this, check it out for some insomnia vibes.

My album 'Life in Technicolor' is up for free!!!
and give my newer stuff a listen!
have you heard my album? if so what did you think of it? please let me know :]
Thanks! It varies from song to song, usually I create them within Reason or model them with Monotribe. Or just record acoustic drums. For the track "manufacture" I created percussion sounds with Ekdahl Moisturizer. For the track "upstream" I recorded a cajon.
Enjoy free EP
your second link is pretty awesome i wish i had a less immature critique to give but yeah good job regardless
>lofi, mathpunk, ambient
>Lo-fi, grage punk

People who have made cassettes:
What's a reasonable production cost per cassette on a run of 50 tapes? I've been looking at different places and they all seem to be pretty expensive for this order size after shipping is thrown in for the tapes and cases.
Recommend these fine folks.
>Indie funk-hop, lots o' genres
[sparklefont] twistpillar.bandcamp.com/album/the-unity-plaza [/sparklefont]

>David Tibet sample on the first track
>Mr. Rogers on the third track
>Traditional Folk / Folk revival / Folk punk
This is actually pretty good. Not post hardcore at all, at least from the tracks I heard. But that's not a bad thing. The production on this is great and I hope you're playing live
This is awesome. I love how this feels. I bookmarked so I could download when I have a better internet connection.
Reccing these two
>not slowed down diana ross
>variously styled hi-fi instrumentals, ranging from hip hop, breakcore, jungle, ambient, wubstep... the list could go on
>Bottom Shack Silence
>rhythmic noise produced using a SP-202, DR-202, DS-1 distort pedal, and an iPhone
i've got a new release coming soon on the Afflux page, dance music of various description produced again on the 202 family. stay tuned if interested. i'll be returning feedback left in the thread
>trippy psych with a heavy alt rock twist :)
Damn, this is some well-constructed drone. The random introduction of and chiming in of the various instruments and noise elements maintains interest while still presenting a primarily static soundscape. This is very impressive.
>Three albums of experimental noise music
>acoustic guitars and cheesy organs
>vinyl LP available now
Suburban Campers - First First Two EPs

>yelling acoustic kid
New "album" from the last week of posting
Everyone fucking listen to pageripper and buy their shit. Bought the 7" and easily one of my favourite punk bands at the moment.
>psychy folky experimentally musicy music
>Been best described as "Evil Japanese
Arcade Racer Music", "A prediction of what the future of music will sound like made in 1982", and music for "driving through the snow at night and pretending like the snowflakes are stars and you just hit hyperdrive". A mix of various electronic genres with a retro vibe.
Slight Dungen vibe
Hey, I'm back to spam.
I really enjoyed this. Very bright and shiny sounding, and totally nails the nostalgic vibe you were going for. Reminded me a lot of Dan Friel, Caribou, and Skywave. Heavily recommend everyone check this out.
I got around to listening to s/t and Benzaiten. S/t felt really rough around the edges, possibly because of it being overtly influenced by black metal. It felt more unfinished than raw though, with a lot of good moments and great atmosphere just drifting around in way that doesn't quite work as ambient. I quite preferred Benzaiten, which reminded me of a lot of good krautrock and Japanoise. I'd personally like to see more stuff like that. So yeah, despite feeling lukewarm about s/t, I'd definitely recommend fans of gloomy noise check out your output.
Liked it more than I thought I would. Kind of like a dopey Car Seat Headrest. Not much to it, but definitely fun in a self-consciously pitiful sort of way.
My latest output:
>apocalyptic folktronica, dark ambient, industrial, lo-fi
I actually just found out my 4th release on human sounds records. It's going to be
mrs. hopewell - brief interviews with suffering artists
> bedroom pop, lo-fi
Hey man thanks for the support. Hope your little "scandal" blows over soon.
Glad you enjoyed it dude. Saying I nailed the nostalgia vibe I was going for is probably the highest compliment you could have given me. Thanks so much. Your record is sitting in my library now, just waiting to get free couple hours to finish it up.
Oh, just more overtly goofy and amateurish in a vaguely druggy way. By no means an insult coming from a lo-fi psych rock nut like me.
Cool, I'm sure you certainly will.
I'm glad I was able to get your spirits up. No pressure in immediately listening to my whole album.
>drone, ambient, soundscapes kinda
theres a film that goes with it too
>freak folk, found sound, experimental
>Instrumental folk kind of based on a robot apocalypse
Here's my record label, right now it's mostly noise and such but we're always happy to get new artists of every style of music. Please, feel free to shoot the facebook page a message to get onto the label. I'm sure you'll be rad enough.
>pop songs w/ samples, dream pop, tape
downloaded all three of these. Great stuff guys!
>tfw you post in these threads and get lots of plays and some downloads but no one gives you any feedback
>lo-fi pop, fuzz pop
this is really neat stuff anon
The first single from my new album is out now via absoLute recordings
>now with synths and harsh noise
>ambient, drone, dark ambient, space music
Love the sound of the production, and mixing, great lofi sound.
Have listened to your stuff before, and love it, great production and beats, the synth work is well done as well.
Just gotta recommend this due to the visuals, and audio. Great job on the film, and very unsettling ambience.
Have recommended you before, and will recommend again.
Amazinnnng, best folk/pop music i have heard in these threads so far, keep making this stuff.
Great ambient, reminds me so much of Robert Rich, with guitars and such.
Gonna recommend this again. Great ambient.
>post-music, post-life, post-pop
We have a new album coming soon, which we're considering calling Dreams Full Ov Hate and it will be featuring Polysemy. We've been sent the first track and I have to say, it is quite incredible.
>ambient, drone, extra-terrestrial soundscape
