X-tra lo fi, also free.
generic beats hidden by the vague label of "vaporwave influence". not horrible, i just feel like i've heard it all 1000 times before. the payment is also a big minus
i do like how it is very much so verging on the point of being post rock, but it keeps to a very surrounding wave of nothing. it is very unique in that way. nice stuff.
you handled the fidelity really well. if it were a little more or a little less quality audio quality wise it would sound like either sludge or jangle pop. instead, it creates its own very distinct sound that hits what you were going for right on the head.
A new project i'm starting, mostly psych style stuff, heavy on improv live.

>memepop, memebient, quickly-deleted-core
Am I a sad idiot if I enjoy this? Because I really enjoy it... The kid voice are cool and make it kind of spooky.
Very Cocteau Twins meets The Chameleons with a little early Wild Nothing. I really like how the drums sound, the sound like the very metallic and heartless drums of 80s gothic rock.
>organ something, experimental
Looking for feedback as its my buddies group. Couple of anons have given me a bit so far
A facebook account is necessary if you want to increase your fanbase outside of /mu/. It is also the only medium for your non/mu/ fans to keep noticed about anything relevant about your stuff.
>Sad tunes with a chill vibe I guess.
Not really my thing, beat is cool I guess though, i'm not sure if you were going for sloppy.
Actually very nice, not even an ambient fan, but the dark atmosphere is what draws me in of course as i'm a massive fan of that. If there was percussion and a nice bass guitar riff in this, would easily make a great post-punk project.
I love it a lot man, I wish the vocals were louder though. Really nice sounding overall, easily loveable.
>That Fall of Troy influence
Not even a fan of this genre but this is solid afffffffff. Really love that delay and distortion combo.
CONTINUED IN NEXT POST
>ambient, experimental, sampling, electronic
I like it, just not anything really special going on for me though. It's enjoyable, but it's nothing god-tier.
Just no, I hate garage rock, i'm sorry m8, don't take this personal.
ahhhh, much nicer, it's like a breath of fresh air. Very great synth sounds, can't really make out that sample too well though.
Actually like it a lot. Those drums sound sooooooooooo sick man. Guitar is too loud though
I've been seeing this spammed, but I actually quite like it, but is this really it or are you impersonating the spammer?
Woah, this is super cool actually, very well produced, not my genre of choice but VERY excellent indeed. I'm sure a LOT of people would love this. I was expecting some noise or punk music but ended up getting some grunge-esque pop tunes. V nice
Actually pretty sick, but that cover art is atrocious. Drums are very nice as well as bass line. Cool flow and voice, not too big of a fan on the lyrics though.
Not really a fan of field recordings too much honestly, so I can't really rate this. I like the pulsating thump in the background though on track 1.
Track 2 is a lot better, is that a train rolling on tracks or just the wind?
It's a really nice atmosphere nonetheless though.

Usual recs reviews:
Sweet atmospheric folk as told by the description. The production is overall very well and clean. Reverb-induced guitars and vocals in an acoustic setting. If you like that, check this out.
Spooky surprisingly upbeat fun music with a dark atmosphere for anyone who hasn't heard, Vanishes gets a lot of replies in Bandcamp threads for a reason. It's a sound I can't really put into words but something you should listen to and make out for yourself.
Just very nice catchy Indie Pop songs right here, production is really nice and dude has some nice vocals. I'm not really a fan of "nice" vocals but for anyone who likes clean singer/songwriter tunes with a jangly upbeat sound (but not jangle pop) in comparison to Belle & Sebastian, this is DEFINITELY up your alley.
Very dark noisy 'gaze music for people who might be into that. Has a very post-punk atmosphere to it while maintaining the overall dreamy soundscape. Vocals are great with a slight reverb on them. Any fans of newer Dream Pop acts like The Bilinda Butchers will like this for sure.
What hasn't been said about this guy? Catchy glitchy stuff right here. Just very ambient but not boring, it has this shock value to it that can't really be explained as well. Has some drone influences in it but the glitch hop is where Soma really lets his talent show. See 'Neon Plain' for reference. Great album.
Noise rock with some shoegaze and drone elements in it. Drum machines and reverb'd guitars. It's pretty much Shoegaze music but with a bite to it and a tiny bit of electronica in there. Also happy to see that i'm listed under 'influences', track 3 is the GOAT.
Oh I listened man, are you the garage rock dude?
Don't complain, you wanted a review, that's what you got, i'm bias towards my hate for garage rock so that kinda just brings a bad vibe to your music in my opinion, i'm sure a bunch of LA kids love your music though
There may be two or even three tasty slabs of big news coming soon
>pop, noise-pop, plunderphonics, eccojams
Big things, baby
>electronic, IDM, future-music
this is what i think the future will sound like. i've never had a review before.
Last but not least, Mr. Dave Roland. Jangle pop with a creepy vibe, expect lo-fi pop tunes with 80's Casio sounding drum loops and watery guitars that just float crisply.
This second release is a release i'm not a BIG fan of but it's still great, much higher fidelity than his previous but much more creepy. Almost carnival-like. Piano's are the focus in Dave's second release so if that's your thing, this is right up your alley.
>lofi, sadcore, bedroom pop, lyrics about being a piece of shit
