There's been far more good stuff and far fewer dissappointing shit this year.
I liked the DJ Q album because it sounded like someone trying to make the kind of UKG that was popular when I was a kid but now. The Discarda track was so bad though.
Also that Head High LP was full of rave sounding shit. I don't listen to Techno but swedish/finnish Goldie periodically links me to Techno producers who play around with Breakbeat Hardcore and it's usually pretty good.
Holy shit new Nu:Tone album out of nowhere and it sounds like it might actually be good.
Last one in particular is quite large.
Liðvarð - Urð, Verðandi & Skuld
Trackermatte - Planar Mists
goreshit - wish i was here (or how things went wrong)
Machine Girl - WLFGRL
ENNNN - Yurichuu
Worker/Parasite - Proletariat EP (jk lol not really)
>Randomer killed it this year
He totally did. Possibly my favourite producer right now, don't think he's ever made a bad tune. Stupid Things I Do (New School Mix) is my TOTY.
Big up Occult Research.
thing that sucks with those jungle releases. a lot are in 192 solely, a lot are in flac with barely and seeders.
its a bit annoying. even popular labels like moving shadow a lot of the stuff has little seeds.
i can't stand his lies release tbh. would try flog the record but its pointless...might as well bin it try give it away
bring/curtains and stupid things i do and his hemlock releases are killer...not massive into his CCCP thing though. dont think he pulls off that sound as well as he does the cleaner UK bass vibe (or whatever you want to call it)
All the Jungle Tekno comps.
As much Kid Lib/Green Bay Wax shit as you can find.
Anything by Doc Scott
The Promised Land Compilations
I spent most of the Freeleech getting UKG, Grime and Juke/Footwork since most of what is on WCD for breakbeats can be found elsewhere.
ok mr producer lmao
you just too trendy to see that its not very good. i like it better than the lies release but he reached his peak with bring for no nonsense uk mandem like myself

Still waiting on a bunch of Locked On releases to finish downloading. I also got some Rhythm Section and 31 Records (Doc Scott), and one or two J-Core and Makina albums.
>tfw sampling a d&b track which samples a jungle track which samples a hip-hop break which samples a funk break
>in english: beau wanzer
>in cyrillic: bo shapzeya
arent most analogue synths used by PIES crew Japanese-designed?
whats the difference between a yoghurt and the USA?
if man leaves a yoghurt for 200 years it develops a culture
Dillinja - Chronic 13 (1997)
Pic related is best Chronic release.
>english: bookworms / beato
>cyrrilic: bookshogms / bedeltato
no music is ever original
>not even gybe
you clearly haven't read about this stuff whatsoever. at least try a little. how were you planning on making hip-hop? huge of them majority use a daw. pretty sure dilla used pro-tools in fact.
