Like in iTunes I have everything set up how i want it (artist name, album art, etc.) but when I drag it into a folder the file lose all their tags. I got all the songs off of youtube and it stays as the files from youtube when I go to put them in a folder.

if you're on windows, use a program like mp3tag to set the tags

not sure how to embed album art without using itunes, but if you include a jpg of the album named folder.jpg it is better than nothing
finally, getting music from youtube is a bad idea, because you're getting something that's been converted twice: once when it was uploaded for youtube, and again when you converted it to download. you also have no idea if it was from a crappy quality file to begin with. either convert it from a flac file (because flac files are identical to their source) or get it from someone who has. i know you probably can't tell the difference, but there are those out there who probably won't touch your shares because you got them from youtube
