Last one was getting stale. All genres welcome!
>Experimental Hip Hop
? ? Corp. - ?? HAZE (SIMPLE ?? EDIT)
G'day fellow /mu/tants
a little tune about balls
made me nostalgic over songs about butts in general. digging those wooden percs and that snap with the chorus. good synth sounds too. maybe goes on a minute longer than it should though.
>ambient hip hop
intro is way too long for how short it is but the core track idea is really good. it still had places to go when you ended it though. i think you should keep working on it but if you're done with it you're done with it
Singer/Songwriter, looking for feedback, thanks for listening.

>slow something; I don't even know what genre it is...
If anyone can give me some tips on how to make those subtle clicks better I'd love to hear or see it.
BTW, how can I edit stuff like genre, bpm and other info now? Did they get rid of it?

>dissonant electric guitar duet
>because fuck you that's why

GOLDEN AGE OF SATURN
like ur drum sounds alot. seems quiet. could use some compression to help you hear the detail
>progressive trance/progressive house
if you are into that stuff
one of my weirder songs
i return everything, going to listen to as much of the thread as i can
>Make a fat sounding bass sound in your vst of choice (I use ableton so I usually use operator for fm or massive)
>add filters and shit with automation to get a bit of a growl like notch filters, automating the rate of an lfo, etc.
>play one note in the key of the song and bounce it down to audio
>do some more automation to taste, distort the shit out of it using amps, compress, EQ, just all your basic resampling steps
> after I have the main sound all done I like to bounce it down to audio again (by the end I usually have bounced it down and resampled 3-6 times depending just making little additions to the distortion and movement every time)
>take the final sound and get even more variation by throwing the recording in a sampler and messing with a pitch envelope (ableton also lets you add some fm synthesis onto the sound, so I like to add just a tiny tiny bit of white noise over it)
>bounce it down again and then take all the recordings and chop/rearrange into music
Release from last night
>Ambient, Dreamy, Dark
Just released this. Looking for any feedback <3
I finally found one of these.
I will respond with feedback to anyone who helps me out.
>House, various forms of Electro
Listening to "Sure, Man" and you know what, this is really nice for what it is. I didn't find a lot of variation in this, but that's what's to be expected in the genre. Really good mix, your synths are beautiful. Drum rhythms are on point. No other complaints, except for it being kinda lengthy and static. Great track though overall, man!
These are some pretty nifty atmospheric tracks man! You have a real nice voice and the atmosphere throughout is very immersive and gentle. I love it.
Oh my cookies, dude. I love that synth. The only thing I could think to do is decrease the number of kicks as I feel there are too many and maybe sidechain the synths to the kick somewhat to give it a bouncy feel.
>autumn song / WIP
I'm kinda sick, but the idea comes through, I think
thank you much. I just started recording a batch of new stuff too, though it's not well developed yet. Hoping to be done with The White Stag, and the new stuff by november, and print a few tapes.
just realized this link doesn't work
Dat fill tho. The synths make me smile. The only thing I can say is wrong with it is that the bells are a bit too detuned. I envy your vocal skills, I could never write them to save my life.
Any Feedback you have would be good , i uploaded these a few days back and i plan on releasing an album in a couple of weeks on bandcamp favourite song(s) feedback would be nice as well
>guitar pop demo w/ female vox
>full studio album soon w/ pro engineer
I hope you enjoy our song ^^
this is chill
>Grateful dead bass cover
>30 minute Jam in A minor
I always dig your stuff. Highly recommend this.
I asked the moths living inside my wallet what they thought. They didn't say anything. Turns out they don't have a mouth to speak with, much less a concept of human language. Overall I'd say I wasted my time.
feedback is appreciated
thanks for listening<3

GYYYYYYYYYYAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRRR GIVE ER A LISSEN MAITIES Feed back and advice appreciated. Have a good night.
yesterday i was suggesting that we spice these threads up a bit by have a competition/battle of the sorts. like we set up a sample pack with the required sounds and allowed any 1 synth. something like that and we just do work and submit on an appropriate date at an appropriate time. and set up a poll to see who did it best. Prize= Street cred
I feel like it will make music more fun. if no one reads this, i will feel like an asshole for typing this
>stupid reverb bullshit/emotional angst
>the sound of your soul at the bottom of the ocean
i'll return any feedback just let me know who you are, and i'm looking to network on soundcloud if you do any related genres
these songs kinda speak for themselves...lol
I made them a few months ago but i don't remember if i shared them with the /mu/sical threads yet.
>ost for a non-existent video game
>experimental soviet post-oompah
>beats & such
Media Collective based in Melbourne,
Feedback would be much appreciated!
- Indie Pop
tell me what you think :)
>post-rock project inspired by ambient, drone, dream pop and minimalist classical music
I just uploaded this fucker, what do you think about it? I'm still working on it but I really wanted to upload what I had to check for feedback. I think I should adjust the velocity of some piano strokes and that I should re-record the guitar from 4:30 onward because I think it sounds low quality.
Also, do you think the piano sounds out of time in some parts? I'd rather hit myself against a wall than having to record the whole piano again, or having to adjust all the fucking MIDI keys on Ableton.
I don't think my shit is great, but this is something I'd put in my iPod if it was made by someone else. Also, I'm releasing EP soon, got 2 songs I haven't uploaded into SC and still have to make a guitar-driven song.
Hello sorry for the late reply I was at school I use a fender jaguar with all the pick ups on and I use an amp simulator. Tried a few things and found that was the best sound I could get. Better than my amp. I also use Cubase 5 as a DAW
Dammn good shit man, fell in love with your "army wife" and all your other tracks,Love that vibe
Nice,I defenetly recomend this guy.
Loving your stuff , Recomend

Great work. Like how that pad washes everything out, but in a nice way like it glues the track together.
>sludge hop chill wave
work in prog, not sure where to take this.
Please let me know what you think.
> futurebeats, electronica, hip hop instrumentals, etc.
Playlist which is a preview for my new album that's out.
Guys this is pretty important
I'm going to have a track posted on an EDM blog, and it'll be an embedded version of my Soundcloud. Since I uploaded the track I remastered it so it sounds a bit better, and I want to swap the audio file. Is there any way to do this for free? If not, would it be worth getting a pro plan just for the sake of a slightly improved audio file, if it'll boost my chances? Can I just pay for a single month?
Hey /mu/ - I posted a demo on soundcloud today! ''NOISE" - Let me know what you think. Feel free to add me or message on Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter. If you like it, please share! If you don't, use it as a ringtone for people you hate ;)
