>Alternative Hip Hop
Superb production man, I can definitely see that you put a lot of work in it.
>psych pop/ rock
>tfw trying to work up the courage to do a live performance sometime
My first project:
So far the feedback we've been getting has been very positive. Thanks guys.
>folk, shoegaze, acoustic, electronic, ambient, soul, RnB-influenced vocals
>comedy, deathgrips mashed up with pop songs, very key, too key even
>oceangrunge, rock, ambient, atmospheric
>ambient, harsh noise
>electronic, ambient, experimental, droney soundscapes, noisy
Alternating long and short songs. Emphasis on texture and immersion.
Nice guitar-work, vocals could be louder, sounds like they're trying to be hidden
Not bad, creative timbres
Sounds like early demos to a good band, so keep goin with it.
>Only song that should be instrumental
>My first oceangrunge project
>my first rap mixtape from before i got sober
>glitch hop, shoegaze, electronic, post rock

Vol 1 is pop-rock and Vol 2 is post-music with black metal influence. We're releasing it as a 2CD box set in a few months via Satanica Records and a possible vinyl release through a Ukranian label.
this is a remix of a song of mine, would really appreciate some feedback and will be checking out some links. :)
> Doom soul/trap
really? 40+ degree temps are kind of enjoyable during the day but when it bottoms out well above 20 it's bleeergh
i don't even want to think about what it'd be like further north where it's humid as well as hot
Relatively lo-fi due to a couple of my mics shitting out on me at the last moment.
It's typically 36 degrees celsius in summer. The 40s do happen but probably only 5 or 6 days out of the year.
PS Melbourne is considered to be a second England since it's typically cold, rains and the summers aren't very harsh. So come to Perth pls, we don't get anyone here.
>psych pop, rock, folk, harmonies
>released a new EP
>future disco / funk
>average high of 38 degrees celsius
Shit, that sounds terrible. I couldn't deal with months of that.
Phoenix isn't much cooler. I have to say, I'm pretty surprised. People say we're hot but damn, I think you have more heat in some of your cities than we do.
trriphop... downtempo... a few things
The temp is pretty constant around here, Most of the time it's like 60-70F at night
But once the sun comes up there's no escape
One time I checked the weather report at 6pm and it was still 106F
It's a god damn oven out here ;-;
>feels-tinged power pop, indie rock, some three part harmonies (if you're into that kind of stuff)
Debut release, hope you like it, download it if you enjoyed it, blahblahblah etc.
I remember some summer nights like that from over the years but I've never dealt with it every summer.
Damn, that's amazing. SUmmer nights in Aus are pretty cold mostly. It's still winter here currently and it's about 53 right now.
Forgotten Generation - Move on EP
>Pop punk/melodic punk ??
Not sure what genre we are, but I'm the bassist.
Dark, blank-eyed dance music from the bottom of the Marinaras Trench.
Just released my first EP.
Give it a listen!
>north carolina forests turned into drones
Samcrooke - Sunlit Dust / Suspended Conversation
>abstract hip-hop, ambient, lo-fi
Just released my EP if you care to listen.
>Vaporwave and Trap
>experimental prog rock i guess
Haven't plugged in a while
here is a review of my last album that you can read if you want
Just finished a jazzstep / ambient EP:
My jazz guitar work is still at:
WITCH HOUSE FROM AFGHANISTAN
>broke ass lofi
>proco Rat core
>experimental electronica, post-punk, noo-wave
Electronic, Dark Ambient, Deadempty
Dropping two albums
Marsan - Music For Agoramaniacs
>downtempo, pop, folk, electronic
Got a feature recently on indie rock cafe :)
Very interesting stuff here man. Definitely feel like it takes/is worth of a full listen.
Too bad our attention spans are so short in these threads...
And the other album...
>post rock, prog rock, ambient, jazzy, emo (kind of)
>Soon also Breakcore
>Electronics with guitars
>Focus on melodies
>hip-hop, witchgrunge, dungeon beats, mall noise
Rec culture is retarded and encourages the same 6 or 7 artists circlejerking all over each other. Give your opinions, by all means, but no one should feel like they need to listen to the first 30 seconds of some random dude's vaporwave so they can say "big tune m8" because the Rec Police told them to.
Pretty cool, i like that filthy and destructive sound, just like Punk should be. It would be awesome if the drums would be even faster, because you can dance Pogo better with a high BPM.
ok then don't do that. im not saying they do that. im saying they actually listen to a project or two and if they like it they say so. that's the closest thing they can do to make this whole thing worth it. there's no point to these threads otherwise. stop being such a cunt, baby.
not really an EP, more of a demo.
Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thank You. :)
>Noise Pop, Shoegaze, Twee
>From Argentina :3
i feel like the blatant shitposting has stopped now. still, dont really feel the need to post my album in here anymore.
havent even made progress on the vocals, even though theyve been recorded for months.
Mastering vocals is a nightmare, especially if you're so used to hearing the tracks with no vocals, everything sounds so wrong and weird
Yeah Bandcamp threads have kind of gone back to how they were before they were shit and before they were really good. Now they're just good.
Bandcamp threads were shit, then good, then really good, then abysmal, now they're back to good. I see new stuff in every thread so that's great.
Hopefully we can get back some sort of 'community', I worry no one feels any real loyalty or warmth to Bandcamp threads except me sometimes though, but should people continue posting and listening, that should come.
>Mastering vocals is a nightmare
for sure, just so not bothered to even start with some of em.
i feel like around winter is when the best music comes out, most people are in their routines and have nothing better to be doing in the winter.
in my case, winter in ireland is shit so i typically do most of my writing and stuff around then cause i have nothing better to do. most cold places are like this from my experience.
You mean why did it go from really good to abysmal? Rich got too rich and the poor got too poor basically.
A few people started resenting the artists in the threads that were getting a little recognition so they started shit posting and causing arguments in every thread, Lunar and Foliage were the ones that responded to it so they got memed hard.
yeah you seem to be right about the seasonal thing. most of the writing for the album happened during winter/spring for my project due to just not going outside much.
i felt really bad for lunar/foliage when i kept seeing assholes memeing their shit all over the board. i can't imagine putting effort/soul/creativity into something just to have petty assholes try to ruin it.
OLAF BULL - PROTECT AND SURVIVE
>conceptual album about the nuclear winter
>recorded during our holiday in the woods
i hope this thread ain't dead
shit, forgot the artwork, it's late here
I dig this, man. Some really cool tracks on here. Grotesque has some really sludgy synth melodies that fill it out over a pretty dirty sounding kick, and Slip is a surprisingly easy yet spasmodic sounding track. I downloaded this a while back but I'm still getting quite a buzz from it.
tees for sale here:
>freak folk, noise, a tad experimental
What's up guys, I'm a little late again.
Thanks for all the advice I've gotten from these threads, it has really helped. Another thanks to all the anons who even give my music a chance.
>Puff of smoke
just released an LP with physical disks.
Downloads are free.
>retrowave, synthwave, terror synth, electro, video game music
If you listen to it or something thank you!
>vaporwave(lol), post-internet, post-vaporwave, weird new modernist-minimalism
>Sample house/French house/Disco house/Filter house/Whatever-you-want-to-call-it-house
>UK Stoner Rock
>Chiptune, Chiptune rock, Electronic, Upbeat, Liquid, Experimental
typical witch house music for girls
>stupid emotional raps
feedback'd be nice since its a new mixtape of mine
>psych folk, dark folk, noise, field recordings, saxophones, new album
sup guys, been producing hip hop beats for a while and decided I put something out more thematically cohesive. kind of a mixture of artists like lil ugly mane, spooky black, spark master tape, death grips.
>dark experimental hip-hop
hi moo, 2 open spots left for a compilation that's coming out tomorrow. send your stuff to the email in the pic if you are interested in being on it. any genres welcome.
