ITT: music that sounds exactly like the cover looks
pretty much everything, you always associate the music with the cover

i tried finding something to disprove your theory but i couldn't
i guess you're right
>>49065682
I found this album much darker than the cover suggests.
>>49065696
something about the album and the cover feels like it's reminiscing on a memory that was happier than one they could ever have again
that sounded ridiculous i hope you catch my drift
>>49065627
this
>inb4
This album though.
>>49065740
Yeah, I get that
>>49065587
I think their music is more colorful and dissonant than a black and white pic of the band.
>>49065627
This album doesn't sound like a banana
But that is a pretty good point
>>49065755
Any death metal cover is way too obvious
>>49065735
I miss Storm.
>>49065755
>>49065774
fucking perfect example
>>49065782
i wouldn't exactly call their music dissonant at all, in fact it's very rich and full imo
F#A# too
>>49065784
>Sunbather
not death metal but the pink cover is a bit misleading
>>49065838
true, it looks like indie pop
this is the most accurate you're gonna get
>>49065870
poop*
>>49066005
noice
>>49065627
What about that grindcore album with Ariel on the cover?
>>49065627
Album covers, definitely. Album titles and band names are often misleading
They all do more or less, but sometimes it is absolutely spot on. Let it Be is the best example I can think of. What better way than to make a coming-of-age album than to sit on the roof of your childhood home. So simple, yet really effective. It has to be one of my favourite album covers of all time. One of the better rock albums from the 1980's too
as plain as the cover is, it actually works
>>49065663
>>49067079
NO THEY FUCKING DONT YOU FAGGOT BITCH
Simple, clean, and danceable
>>49065627
>20 Jazz Funk Greats
>>49065810
Came in here to post this one. Great fucking album, it sounds like the sun exploding
>>49067214
but that's the title that's misleading
>>49067286
because when i think of throbbing gristle i think of the band posing happily in a grass field
>>49067365
with dead body in front of them
>>49068129
The dead body wasn't on the original cover.
>>49065587
I'd agree if only they weren't smiling in the photo
>>49065627
This doesn't
>>49066219
this
>>49065648
No way. That album looks a lot more like an emo album than anything else.
>>49065810
Which album?
