This whole vinyl vs digital argument is age-old, and in dance music in particular you are not going to get staunch vinyl DJs switching over to digital if they don't feel like it.

like i said, its a tradition, and often DJs like the hands-on feel of using vinyl. mixing with it feels like you're more attached to the music as well. there's an interview with ben ufo where he talks about vinyl adding more unpredictability to his sets which he enjoys, but he's a mainly digital DJ anyway.
