Can any anons hook me up with some more middle-school core?
when were you in middle school
my 'middle school core' would be like, fucking eminem and 50 cent
which isn't exactly what you're looking for
then again, a lot of the music i listened to in high school came out when i was in middle school
ill post some of those
i still enjoy this one to be honest
I Set My Friends On Fire is godawful even for -core standards m8
There is pop-punk (Fall Out Boy, Breathe Carolina...); emo/screamo/post-hardcore (A Skylit Drive, Alesana...); scenecore general (Attack Attack!, Asking Alexandria); edgy rap general (Eminem, 50Cent...); Brostep/EDM (Skrillex, Avicii...).
And of course top40 radiopop
>captcha: hesused great
ya everything i post should be good then
btw thanks for reminding me of this stuff OP, i'm going to make a playlist with all this shit, my friends all go crazy for it
teary eyed even
i was into skramz and 80s hardcore in middleschool so i guess i can't really hook you up if you want scene trash, however i suggest you to listen to The Blood Brothers instead
experience the sass
still embarrassed about liking this shit.
also basically all fueled by ramen bands.
oh you guys are so TRVE, i bet you guys even don't like iceage
theres one in particular i cant remember for the life of me, from new york city somewhere, they got in a car crash in the winter and one of their bandmembers died and they wrote a song about it
Sometimes I listen just to remember what being 13 was like.
I enjoyed their last album before they broke up though.
Honestly on my first listen of pic related for years i don't think it's too bad. It's pretty silly and I sort of like the harsh vocals but the singing is terrible and some of the electronic parts are pretty bad. No worse than any of the pop punk shit out there.
>emo/screamo/post-hardcore (A Skylit Drive, Alesana...)
:I those are not screamo or emo
learn to screamo dude

pic related: listen to the bands in the chart
All have a special place in my library, and that's after deleting tons of shit from middle school I genuinely don't enjoy anymore, even for nostalgia. These just get the middle school-core label because so many discovered this at that age. All of this is still objectively good.
From when I heard A Boy Brushed..... on a This is Solid State sampler back in middleschool Underoath was my favorite band for fucking years and years still kills me that even though I don't really listen to them I never got to see them play
oh snap. This brings back some memories. I still have this music and occasionally listen to it. But with memories there comes a cures. I do not listen to the albums the bands made after I graduated. Somehow they are inferior or they changed their sound. Does anyone else experience this?
