What's the deal with Bones fanbase? There's a large amount of american 16 year olds who literally tweet about nothing but TeamSESH, about how they got the latest merch or whatever.
Does he have a really big local following?
It reminds me of die-hard GTB fans, though they usually step up their devotion with avatars of barbed wire & tweets about how much they want to die.
Bones fans literally just tweet about Bones being lit.

>Recognise him? This is Bones now

i liked bones more when i was 16. although i still got repest for him as an artist
I don't know but it does sound like shit
I guess you could look at it like that, But I think it was supposed to convey the feeling of drifting across the universe. Which, may be shitty
Why did they copy the Gorillaz with that cover?
What are albums for listening to on this, also what are some examples of music that references DXM or has a culture associated with it? I know there's lots of hip hop for lean but where's the DXM music, is it just random vaporwave, if so can you post some?
The Generic Tribe, Ariel Pink, Deer Hunter
It's what I listen to when I trip
I trip all the time
I listened to Ready to Die on the DXM and it felt rather poignant at the time.
Death Grips is prolly a fun listen as well
>>72468228
>Deer Hunter
ate you talking about the idie band or the prog rock band?
I want to start listening to jazz.
Show me the way /mu/.
download every album Blue Note released in the year 1964 and go from there
>>72467608
start with Benny Goodman, Jelly Roll Morton and other swing 30's tracks
or you can start with Chet Baker Bill Evans Miles Davis - theyre my favourite ones
This Jazz flowchart is pretty good. definitely start from that album. I recommend listening to a few artist and branching based on what you like. A lot of Jazz musicians play on each other's records so if you like a instrument on an album go listen to the guy that played its other albums.
I also recommend Pierro Scaruffi's list of Jazz. Not all of it is great but it's a nice general guide.
ITS FINALLY OUT AND ITS EPIC!!!

Hey you're right on schedule for the contrarian threads, good job.
>>72467568
>Contrarian
I don't think it is all too great, but /mu/ is literally the only place I have seen people shit on it. I would think its a bit too early to tell but most all people outside of here think it is pretty good.
I only like 2 songs from the album DAMN.
Humble and DNA.
Am I retarded?
>>72467502
Yes
>>72467502
yes the whole album belongs in the trash
>>72467502
babies first rap album, so cute
>You men eat your dinner
>Eat your pork and beans
>I eat more chicken
>Than any man ever seen, yeah, yeah
what did he mean by this?
Howlin' Wolf wrote that.
Not Morrison.
Stop posting.
>>72467395
>TheFranzFerdinand is correct about the original meaning of the "pork and beans" vs. "more chicken than any man ever seen". That's a classic poor rural Southern black blues cultural reference, in that the Back Door Man is bragging about many housewives he's gotten to short-change their husbands out of the good meat with their dinner because they like him better. The concept of somebody "getting the best" of your wife is a similar idea, in that the Back Door Man is bragging about how he gets the best food and the best sex from any lonely housewife he wants. "Eating chicken", is, of course, also a blues double entendre for cunnilingus.
(I didnt write this)
IF I GROW
MUH HAIR
What is with lofi and the obsession with anime, it seems to breed weeaboos
dunno but it's obnoxious
one guy did it and everyone thought it was DUDE AESTHETIC af xD so they multiplied
just avoid any soundcloud with an anime avatar
I'm going to guess Nujabes influence even though Jun himself never was super Japanese in his music.

none, to all of those
You must really have a low opinion of art if you pick favourites like that.

This album would be so much better without the edgy Screamo vocals.
>can't even handle emasculate screamo vocals
found the nu-male
also that would make it just a generic post-rock album
>>72467323
It would still be a shitty nu-male album anyway
>>72467384
>also that would make it just a generic post-rock album
that would emply it's already a generic post-rock album and the vocals are the only redeeming factor of it
Idk, I'm in the market and looking for ideas
>>72467311
Why, my apple macbook pro of course.
>>72467311
I only have one computer, an asus, daw works just fine
Are ultrabooks good enough? I keep hearing that I need a quad core, but others say dual core works just fine.
>Likes: Death Grips, Radiohead, Tame Impala, Ty Segall, Mac Demarco, Vaporwave
Why did you make this thread?
>>72467309
That's a nice lookin peep.
>teenage white guy smokes weed and listens to these bands and takes fantano and h3h3 seriously then tells people he's a real fan of music
More albums that are just really pretty?
>>72467290
>>72467290
if radiohead made this it would be held as another one of their classics.
