Built to Spill is weirdly profound when Doug can write some pretty eye roller lyrics. Strange phenomenon that most people seem to understand what I'm talking about.

Have you listened to Perfect from Now On and There's Nothing Wrong with Love as well?

why do blacks pretend to like punk rock?
I like post punk more desu
Does Television count as post punk or punk tho
Public Enemy probably do genuinely like Minor Threat though
>>73256681
It's a trend, duh. There was a time in highschool where a bunch of black kids would wear rock t-shirts and scene kid style shirts from hottopic
What does he listen to in between saving the world and taking us to Mars?

Post albums that thoroughly represent the angsty pain you feel.
I used to cry at least once a week listening to 48 when I was fifteen.
>>73256518
Me too dude, that song and Grendel are the best tracks on the album imo
Any bands/music you recommend for someone going through a rough patch in their life? Just shit I can listen to while wallowing in self pity, no 9th grader emo shit though.

Wow rude
Who /TravelingWilburys/ here?
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fq5yHdVKSQs
The Traveling Wilburys are the only "Supergroup" who truly deserved that title.
Not only did they have famous musicians, the music was quite good as well.
So many musicians who are great on their own or with the respective bands they came from try to form their own group but fall flat on their face and fuck it all up. (Asia, and H.S.A.S. come to mind. Blind Faith had potential until Steve Windwood decided to start Traffic Part 2))
The Traveling Wilburys got it right the first time around.
>>73256420
You bring up an excellent point, anon, but what about the album If I Could Only Remember My Name by David Crosby. That album had half of The Grateful Dead and Jefferson Airplane on it and it's quite good. (If you're into that sort of thing)
>>73256420
But the music is really mediocre
He's a fucking adult with white contacts on
>>73256267
It's because he only has contact with Whites

why did you waste time making this
what's wrong with those scores
thanks for making me feel better about wasting my time on this site by showing me that I could have also wasted my time on making that image and posting this thread
