We're In This Together Now has some of the worst lyrics I have ever heard, what the hell was Trent thinking?
every NIN song is xX so dark //__- though
How? I'd say those lyrics are way less "edgy" than your standard NiN's song. They're just vague if anything.

Maybe its just how he sings it, but the chorus sounds like something fucking Lorde would think of

The stupid fuck who was walking around outside my house yesterday is back and I think he's going to actually try and break into my house this time. I am going to go and take him out. Music for this feel?
Wtf no just call the police and report a prowler. Unless you wanna end up the one going to jail.
>>73262692
>Unless you wanna end up the one going to jail.
Why would that happen? Sounds easier just to take him out.
>>73262692
Is he, dare I say it... a Prowler in the Yard?
What is it about Jazz Fusion that makes it so god awful? Is it the strings and guitars? Is it too close to "classical"?
Nobody who isn't a purist idiot thinks it's a bad genre.
Purists for any genre are awful.
>>73262549
>Nobody who isn't a purist idiot thinks it's a bad genre.
incorrect. the genre has been universally panned.
>>73262549
Even fusion musicians hate fusion. I remember how offended some dudes in a fusion band got when I asked them why they didn't consider their music fusion.
ITT: albums which are incorrectly considered an artist's best
>>73262468
also give reasons why other albums are better
Homogenic lacks the emotional depth of Vulnicura and Vespertine; whilst the production is great the themes in Homogenic are not as engaging or harrowing as these two Bjork albums.
Both surrounding albums ended up being better glam albums than pic related, the 'concept' isn't really that strong and glam Bowie wasn't anywhere near his best era.

1.Outside is a better concept and musically more interesting than Ziggy
Sure, Ziggy was hugely influential but 1.Outside has that edge that scratches my itch
what are some albums with good drum

>>73261986
I always thought the drumming on this album was phenomenal. Coming from someone who knows little to nothing about drums.
