is it possible to make good music if you haven't sorted yourself out?
>making music without accepting responsibility for yourself and facing the dragons of the underworld
no
>>73406872
Nearly all good music is by people who haven't sorted themselves out.

Who are the most irritating people on /mu/, Paulfags, Grimesfags, or Weenfags?
This is a good album I'm glad I found it
This is a great album. I love the song where he says 'ROSEMARRRYYYY' lol. But to be honest I prefer they're older stuff
IT TOOK TIME, THEN I FOUND YOUUU
>>73406635
I enjoy it as well. "Untitled" is my fav. track but I think I like them all besides obstacle 2
I'll start Pic related is the best smiths album
>>73406583
I don't think that's an unpopular opinion. If you said Meat is Murder was their best, then there might be some dissent.
The most important part in hip hop is the production, the rapper themselves aren't very important since they're almost all the same. I love all this new wave of "mumble rap" because it has some of the most interesting production hip hop has had.
>>73406624
Weird, I consider Meat is Murder their best album. Only bad song is the self-titled, and even then it's not too bad.

No but in all honesty I agree- there are zero bad songs on it, and it feels much more like a cohesive whole than their other 3 albums, though I suppose the closing track is a bit underwhelming. I can't see why people dislike Unhappy Birthday and Paint a Vulgar Picture for the life of me.
What's some of the eeriest rock music? Like albums or songs that just have a creepy vibe?
Early Mothers of Invention have some superatively creepy shit.
If you want something heavier, check out Portal or other Cavernous Death Metal bands.

You can say they knew what they were doing when they composed the music and played perfectly but you can't deny it sounds like shit.
>>73406581
>but you can't deny it sounds like shit.
Yes, I can.
Heyyyyy wanna know what /mu thinks of Woodstock, the new album of PTM
Pretty good so far. Easy Tiger is pretty catchy although I really dislike parts of the chorus and the beginning.
Never like PTM
Kinda boring
>>73406470
when the fuck did they became popular? it's on the top publics in vk (imma ruskie)
Why do people bash Lana Del Rey, yet praise Lorde?
these people don't exist. Anyone sane enough to see how shit lana is also knows that lorde is shit too.
>>73406208
I don't know. I find their whiteness problematic. Lorde did not deserve an 8.8.
>>73406233
Fantano is one of them
How does it hold up?
It's aged terribly
>>73406223
This
still goat imo. most coherent hip hop album with some of the best beats and production i've ever heard
Now that it has had its time. Where does it sit? Classic or Nah
>>73406151
I mean regardless of what you think of it, it's a classic. Right?
>>73406178
yes myke
>>73406151
