Playboi Carti - Playboi Carti
Pic related to get right with God.
Is it just me or a lot of old music sound better on speakers than headphones?
well some records from the sixties and earlier have some extreme panning of the instruments that doesn't sound good on headphones

thanks to whitey
>He thinks neanderthals were apes and not a different species of human
This is literally the pinnacle of music as an art by a human. No other album in history will ever compare to this.

why are rap fans so embarrassing
Why in 2012 everything went so wrong, pic related is so soft and bland compared to his previous albums
Whut. It's his best.

this is wrong
way better than his last album
where the fuck did this come from?
This is some of the best punk I've heard in a while
i agree, pretty good. in my top 5 this year.
It's excellent through 1049 Gotho, but the second half falls off a bit with a few exceptions. Still ends up being very good overall though.
Divide is still up there. But everything from that point onwards besides White Privilege is unnecessary. More evidence that no even remotely punk album needs to be longer than 20 minutes.
Post albums you listen to when you're doing drugs, or when you're high

How long until Tidal fails and Jay-Z and Dr. Dre just puts their music on Spotify?
As much as I want that to happen it's unlikely. Tidal has been pretty successful.
And unlike every other service they have every prince album instead of just half.

haven't been bothered to listen yet
as a long term atdi and mars volta fan whose favorite songs of atdi are alpha centauri and enfilade, should i listen? or am i in for a disappoint
I saw them before they released the album. they were pretty good, much more energetic than the first reunion
haven't heard the new album yet, and don't feel particularly pressed to any time soon, but if the mars volta ever come back that's a different story
Any more music that sound just like blood section
>blood section
>any more music that sounds nothing like this album, except that one song that stands out and is awful in general, somehow works on the album but without its context is ersatz shit
ITT: We describe music we've been searching for and hopefully other anons recommend something that fits our descriptions. I'll start:
>Dave Brubeck Quartet on salvia (inb4 Sun Ra or Cecil Taylor)
>Discipline-era King Crimson mixed with Musique Concrète and a heavy dose of synthesizers
>Portishead but more lo-fi and neo-soul based
An album that is obviously about Borderline Personality Disorder.
