New Dawn Fades is their best song and it's on their best album.
it is their best song, but closer is actually better (a well known fact for patricians such as myself)
>>73313303
In what ways is Closer better?
>>73313276
Candidate is my personal favourite
So I happened to hear a country song and it really dawned on me how exaggerated and fake some of the accents are in country. Don't get me wrong ,I live in the south and I know some people talk like that. I also know they do it because they simply think is sounds better. All that said, I started wondering about who in ALL of music has had the most obviously fake accent. So, who is it /mu/?

chris janson
Why the HELL did people hate this?
>>73313207
I like it
i first read the filename as katy perry - whiteness

Hello /mu/tants,
Ive recently purchased some vinyl EPs and now I need a decent turntable to play them on, I'm looking to spend around 100$ USD for something that can get me started.
Any suggestions are appreciated.
it'd be worth your time to look into what makes a good turntable good and search for a used one of decent quality for that price instead of getting a turntable like that one
What does /mu/ think of Tracy Bonham?

Is Playboi Carti the modern day Beethoven?
Possibly
he's closer than Grimes is
sexier, too.
what would post-shoegaze sound like?
lovesliescrushing
>>73313252
yea probably this
but shoegaze is already post-rock.
The ends of echoes of reverb from shoegaze songs
ITT: non-metalheads post metal albums they like
pic related is pretty darn awesome. I've read Moby Dick and this is a great album in concept and execution.
Are there any Moby-Dick influenced albums that aren't metal
>>73313347
I'm a nu-male, but I'd put never anything up my asshole.
yesterday I saw a thread about the greatest live albums but it didn't make it to today, so, let's keep it going.
How was John Bonham even relavent after 1972. Ian Paice steps on him in every aspect of drumming.
one of the best live albums ever
Give feedback before you post and advice.
Can someone please give me a link of that famous Christian vapor wave album that was one here a long time ago
>Pic unrelated
best townes albums?
Plastic Ono Band
Live at the Old Quarter. If live albums don't count, this one still does because it's his best work.
Our Mother The Mountain would be my favorite studio album. Flyin' Shoes is #2 I suppose.
>>73312700
his self titled has better singles but our mother the mountain is the best
Do you try to be a /mu/tant or do you just happen to be a /mu/tant?
Tries
> listens to subpop records
> gives a fuck about scrobbing
> buys LPs exclusively and only plays them when some chick you aren't fucking is present
> even goes to daily /artist/ threads
> cringes at moshers even isn't doing shit to enjoy themself at a concert
> wears bandshirts by artists hasn't even listen to a full album by
> brings up and informs people of 'obscure' artist like grimes and crystal castles because thinks is the deepest fucker on the block
> thinks 2pac was better than biggie
is
> owns bandshirts by bands is genuinely a fan of
> buys music in any form and actually listens to it to listen to it
> moshes or dances
> doesn't give a fuck what anybody thinks or does at the concert or on the dancefloor
> has a last.fm from years ago but doesn't remember last time logged in
> plays atleast one instrument and has either jammed or made music alone or with a band atleast once
> doesn't talk about music with people to impress them
> KNOWS bigge was better than 2pac
do you try to be a tryhard faggot or do you just happen to be one
>>73312677
>Doesn't mosh because his favorite bands never do american tours.
the most patrician thing to do at shows is to want to mosh or dance but smother yourself in self awareness beforehand along with gasoline and light a match for sharia
>EDM? I only listen to intelligent dace music
Okay, but IDM is objectively better than "EDM"
Holy shit
>>73312673
Yeah, wildly overrated, I agree...I don't get the hype around the band, Motorcycle Emptiness is pretty nostalgic though
>>73313236
i meant in a sense that its pretty good..
also hype? lol it aint 1991 nobody cares about msp
Tennessee is my favorite song on it
