Yep! I've given it a couple listens now. I really enjoyed it overall. The last few tracks in particular are fantastic. It's pretty different from Psychopomp though, so be prepared for that.

To be fair, there's a bunch of terrible reviews on RYM too. Some people rate stuff very out of whack as well, either rating everything a 5/5 for no reason, or rating everything a 0.5/5 for no reason. Just listen to whatever you feel like listening to, pal

I think it's better to read reviews by the same writer consistently so you can understand what they like and don't like.
Then if you have similar taste or appreciate their opinion you'll check out the albums they recommend.

I remember as a kid I didn't know what to make of prince but I still liked his music anyway. I think to an extent I still feel that way but realize he was a great writer. Michael Jackson was truly on his own plane of existence though.

I've listened to it 4 times already. I dislike it more with each listen. Strong start, and about half way it just stops attempting to be anything. It's like they forgot how to write compelling music
