So here's a long shot
I'm trying to find an electronic song that an old friend sent to me 10 or so years ago.
The only thing I can remember about it is that it starts out really energetic and fast. Like, it has no build up or intro, it just starts right away with something like this:
http://vocaroo.com/i/s0eWQ4Rcedw7
Obviously I can't really emulate electronic sounds at all. Also, I don't have note progression quite correct, but it starts at a lower note and the moves to a higher note like that. If I heard it I would be able to recognize it immediately.
The only other thing I can sort of remember about it, is that I think it was Japanese in some way. It was made by a Japanese artist, or maybe linked to an anime or something. I don't know why but when I think of it, it just "feels" like a Japanese song in some way.
I've been doing a lot of searching on my own already but if you guys have any ideas at all that would be great.

Oh, and also, this is a stretch, because I'm really struggling to remember any sort of title, but
The title might have been related to something to do with "hyper". Hyper... energy... overdrive... it just seems like it might have been titled something that matched the energy level of the song. But I can't really remember.

The age old question
Are you a Beatles person...
or an Elvis person?
inb4 neither, we get it, you're edgy.
Up until a year ago I would have said a Beatles person but I'm an Elvis guy now.
>>73953377
>implying you cant be both
huge Elvis fan, but im more of a Beatles guy
>>73953377
The Beatles, no question. Elvis's sun recordings are amazing, but I'm not a big fan of his balladeering.
Friendly reminder that it doesn't matter how good or bad your taste in music is, as long as you genuinely love what you listen to. <3

So true. So rock on, anybody!
God, does anyone even like these guys anymore?
Seems so, I've had ~200 downloads of it on my slsk.

People love rubbernecking car crashes too.

That's because it's a new release.
Holy shit this is amazing, is there anything similar?
I forgot to say, Can's albums aren't similar so don't say they are.
>Mariah - Utakata No Hibi
>Yasuaki Shimizu - Kakashi

This IS really good. I'm surprised I never heard of it.
It sounds like The Residents meets Yello meets Art Of Noise meets Recoil.
I would suggest listening to Yello.

a bit too ubiquitous to qualify, surely
If find it funny how hardcore Stone Roses fans will be the first people to shit all over the severely underrated Second Coming.
One of my fav musicians
But damn he must cringe so much at his own fanbase on internet
Post music from the Soviet Union, the most patrician music

12 faggots who circlejerk on a regular basis
>band has 3 drummers
I can kind of see why bands would do this. You can get a lot of interesting synergy with multiple drummers.
>Band has 5 members and they're ALL drummers
>I just watched King Crimson live
