I thought Electric Blue was pretty good and gave me hope the album might have some good songs.
Let's get this started. You don't have to be a guitarist, or bassist. This isn't necessarily a sc/bc criticism thread. Just a general for people to help others learn how to make their own music.

Did you mean to make a /prod/ thread?
>"But if you are feeling sinister"
>"Go off and see a minister"
What the fuck? This is what you consider good lyricism? What did they ACTUALLY mean by this?
>>73964758
A minister is a church dude, and sinister implies sinning... its not hard to understand
I'm so glad that people are finally starting to see the light about "literate" lyrics and bands like this. Indie can't die soon enough.
Which version should I hear first?

Are we Billboard now?
There's almost no challenging or obscure music at all on this board nowadays.
Pretty much. This board is full of children.
Plenty of music on this board is challenging but I agree it's rarely obscure. Who really cares about obscurity in music though. I doesn't change the notes you're listening to.
I also think as more people have started to talk about music and listen to music seriously, many of the "hidden gems" and under appreciated works have become relatively mainstream.
Yeah, it's pretty bad here.
Any country/folk rock kino?
How do people in Liverpool actually feel about The Beatles?
