Solid band, but a little too reddit to be anything more than a guilty pleasure. besides the title track to Toxcity, that was great stuff

Shut the fuck up. I just got sick of this song, basically in this very moment.
What's the most non-pussy music out there? I want it to sound like it's trying to hunt me down and kill me.
Something lo-fi, dirty, distorted, heavy, and AGGRESSIVE pls

Eliminator- Breaking the Wheel
I'll start:
Pic related, Taylor Swift has a hunchback

>split ep is the best thing in both bands' discographies
Prove you're not a pleb and review the last jazz album you listened to.
Doesn't matter how long or short the review, just put forth a concrete opinion and explain it.
Thrust by Herbie Hancock.
I never really gave him a chance because of that annoying shitposter but christ it's good.
I feel like grooving from the earth to the universe and painting my skin black.
Booker Ervin- The Freedom Book
I've never listened to Ervin before but I definitely will listen to him more based on how good this album was. It's all the good things about free jazz and hard bop at the same time. The piano player was really great too.
Mingus Ah Um - my man Charles
Complex yet catchy jazz tunes with a deep variety of solos all led by a bass savant
Arctic Monkeys /General/
Discussion of favourite tracks and hopes for the new album.
Will it be released this year? Hopefully!
Will they go back to their classic way of "telling a story" with the lyrics?
Top 5 AM tracks:
From The Ritz To The Rubble
My Propeller
A Certain Romance
R U Mine

It's so fucking exhausting being always ahead of the curve. Being able to recognize the slightest social patterns.
Currently, the Pop-trend is to dislike formerly popular bands on here, disregarding their quality and aesthetic. It should be noted that when someone mocks /mu/core, almost 95% it's a sheep following the latest social trend. Will it pass? I am not sure – you see – this trend tends to the reason this site and others like it are both successful and addictive. The slot machine system. Instead of discussing and being agreeable, with this trend, you can shitpost and insult anyone who likes a fairly discussed band which brings the people who like said band (many considering their previous prevalence) against you. And what is this site but gambling? pulling the slot arm (update) and waiting to see what rush you get? That's why people become addicted, because this site is literally gambling. I'm not sure if it will pass, I hope it does.

I think we can all agree that stuff like Lazerhawk and Perturbator is entry level at this point.
I recently came across a guy named DEADLIFE. Has some good shit. GosT is also always solid.
What's some artists you like to listen to while walking around downtown at midnight?
Also
>tfw walking around downtown Tokyo while listening to GosT
Frackin' schway.

To me, the key cyberpunk bands are probably Front Line Assembly, Xinlisupreme, 2 8 1 4, Test Dept., and maybe Alec Empire
>>75044522
These are also awesome.
This is a lot better than MTI
I don't know if it's better, but it is incredible. Was my aoty 2015. Nick's rapping is on another level. I actually got back into watching battle raps when he faced danja zone.
As far as MTI, Ugly Mane put out a snippet of from The Other Side that had a real MTI vibe to it. You think Petey might be on the project?
Guys, I think he might be gay.
no1 cares post one of his songs
1.Doolittle
2. Trompe Le Monde
3.Surfer Rosa
4. Bossanova
5. Head Carrier
6.Indy Cindy
Bossanova is close to Surfer Rosa tho
1.Bossanova
2.That Purp
3.Pilgrim
4.Surfer Rosa
5.Doolittle
6.Meh

I cannot fathom how a person could prefer Doolittle to Surfer Rosa

HEY
Does anyone other than embarrassing poptimist nu-males take his opinions seriously? I remember seeing a post by some anon here saying his opinions are based entirely on how much pussy he thinks the musician(s) gets, which makes more and more sense as you read his reviews
Has he ever written a review longer than five sentences?
