what's the point listening to that genre when there are tons of new age, smooth jazz, boogie albums from the 80s to explore.
>>74166348
because ive listened to stuff like that and this is different, so its a welcome addition
>>74166308

jesus fucking christ lad, get better taste
I mean it's pretty small but if works for you it's ok. Just realize that there is an amount of music much larger than your library being released every single day and it's very unlikely that all of them sound bad to you, so you would benefit from exploring new stuff.
Don't worry too much about what is normie or not, just try to branch out on the genres that interest you. Or not I guess, if you feel like what you have now is enough.
>>74166171
Can you confirm your a normie
Music to skateboard to. Post shit that makes you feel like you're in pro skater. I'll start with pic related

its literally just indie rock with catchy hooks, some interesting guitar playing. plus it had quite a big influence on the quiet-loud dynamic that most 90's guitar music followed.
>>74166055
So was I. Apparently the loud/soft dynamics of this and Surfer Rosa were noteworthy at the time. Probably one of those things that music just takes for granted now, I guess.
I liked this band better when they moved to Seattle and changed their name to Nirvana.

any tips?
>>74165973
loosen that kung fu grip. your thumb should just be resting, no need to choke out the neck.
your thumb pivots your hand to flow over to I III & V.
this will involve stretching and practice.
>>74166070
>your thumb pivots your hand to flow over to I III & V.
So, I actually move my hand? Aren't I supposed to keep the fingers on their corresponding frets at all times?
jesus christ almighty this album is boring
