>spend years contributing to the "death grips are terrible" meme.
>in my mind, if you mention death grips, you have objective shit taste.
>one day, for some reason, I realize I've never actually listened to Death Grips.
>decide to give it a try.
>"this can't be that bad... can it? eh... this is probably going to be shit."

What are some satirical songs/albums that are as good or better than what they are satirizing?
Hard mode: no Weird Al.
The only unironically good Hopsin song is the one where he's actually trying to be a dumbass.
Think about that.

Is it just me or is John Lennon's solo stuff better than the Beatles?

It's different, much more personal and less poppy.

Much better! But he did a lot of mistakes. One of them is recording an album with Yoko.

does anyone have any recs for albums/bands similar to Midori?
>>74238901
yeah buddy
Bleach03
385
and then you kill yourself because nothing will ever sound like Midori
>>74239165
Bleach/Bleach03/Bleachmobile and 385 are always my recs for Midori too. Have you listened to Mariko Goto's work before and after Midori though? Her solo material isn't quite as good IMO, but it's not bad. Before Midori she released an album with a band called Usagi.
Uhhh this leaked? Who's got it? Is it good?
It's good - archive and plebbit have it
go to soulseek, they have it.
Last one died, so here's a new thread.

It must feel terrible to those that served over there that the government gave up on trying to win and let all those lives go to waste and mean nothing.
Everything that Deerhunter and Atlas Sound have released has been Best New Music. Are they next on Pitchfork's list of bands that need to be finished?
no because they are good and bradford cox is a genuine obsessive art lover
>>74238452
All more reason to do it
Bradford Cox and one of the P4K writers (Ryan Dombal?) are friends or something.
There's a giant infographic that goes over the whole thing.
