Hell yea these guys have crazy smooth flows and the beats are like classic NY beats but groovy
How do you get that guitar tone Pete uses on Eminence Front? It sounds like he's plucking on rubber bands.
Perhaps one of you can give me a hand here. Trying to remember a song (cant remember the name of the song or band) but I do remember parts of the music video. I want to say it was early 2000's. The music video was animated, started off with kid riding a skateboard down and hanging out with friends. theres a time skip, and the kid is going through boot camp and shipped off to middle east.
My google-fu has failed me.
Hey, Anyone have "Baby Cart" by People in Planes??
Promo song they released on one of their CDs I believe.

Why do we hate him again?
This album confirmed my impression that when going solo Avey kind of just does his own take on the Anco sound, while Panda has his whole different approach.
I liked it though. Also the collabs here are much more solid and well integrated than on any other of the projects of the collective. What did you think /mu/?

Anyone got some Midwest emo bands?
Just listened to this entire album front to back. Every some is amazing. The crescendo of Pillar of Davidson is amazing. The energy in these songs is indescribable.
What other God-tier albums can you recommend that are entirely listenable front to back with no shitty filler songs?
>coughing up blood
>wat
Basically, because the songs on that list are so rousing and anthemic, you can't help but sing along and shout.
Titus Andronicus' The Monitor is always fun to sing along with. It helped me learn a little bit more of Civil War history.
