was kinda meh for me but Welcome to the Booty Tape, Bitch!, and Water were real good imo (also how the fuck did Water get put here but not any of his other older tracks)

Production was kinda samey (you can tell he sticks to a certain style when he makes his beats which he badly needs to diversify) but his rapping was expectedly hilarious and I thought most of the songs were catchy.

Captain Nemo by the Sundowners is one of my favorite albums ever, and it's a damn shame that no one ever talks about it. It's not even on spotify ;_;

Really though TRNBWA is probably their best but pretty much everything from Peng to Dots and Loops are great, I assume most everything else is alright too but that''s all I've heard really. A bunch of the compilations are great also.

Weird you picked those two. Listen to basically everything inbetween those albums and you're good. Post-Dots is if you're really hankering for more Stereolab, or vastly prefer the Dots & Loops sound to the stuff before it.

Dots and Loops is a 10/10. Their best work.

I like it, there's certainly a lot of heart to it, but I also feel like so much of it relies on the indie trap beats to work. It feels kinda generic, but it does work, for sure.
