Can anyone actually justify listening to an "artist" that doesn't even produce their own music? I can admit that I like the songs on pic related but the fact that he doesn't put the hard work into his own music just kind of tones down the artistic value it has to me. To the point where I just listened to it a couple times and stopped caring for it after that.

what's more important lyrics or the instrumental (the actual music itself)?

Both
Deoends
Depends entirely on the album/song, honestly. There's no universal answer for this.

Music. Unless the lyrics are amazing enough to stand on their own the music will always be the most important.

I'm in love with 8 Track Tapes. However, being a poor son of a bitch, do you guys have any 8 Track Tapes online that're good,or of your own to upload. Also, yeah, Ik about vinyl but 8 track tapes have a rawness to them that I love for early metal/punk albums.

what's the point of making gapless albums meant to be listened to from start to finish? if you don't want the songs on the album to be listened to individually, just make it one long song with sections instead. same thing for medleys like pic related.
>2017 in the year of our lord
>listening to individual tracks
yeah tell the radios play the whole fucking album too.
(they actually did though.)
>>74455152
this is my point. if your album is meant to be listened to start to finish, just make it a song. songs can have different sections/movements like an album.
Would you consider this album underrated?
>Cage
You seriously listen to that Eminem wannabe?
I'd say Cage is one of the better horrorcore rappers but his early stuff all feels like a product of its time and not in a necessarily nostalgic way. I still listen to him every once in awhile though.
