How do I find/start a band?
Me and my cousin have been searching around for ages to try and find a drummer but we are having no luck, although he's managed to get a place playing bass in this Indie band (even though he hates indie music), so now I'm just left out to dry.
I've been thinking of just trying to write a few songs by myself and then performing alone at a few open mic nights to try and essentially make connections, but my voice is pretty shit.
Any suggestions?

Go to local performances around your city/town. Meet the other bands and musicians. Ask them if they know any musicians that would be interested. They would most likely speak up if they were interested themselves.
Music scenes in cities are usually very small and every gigging band has probably met every other gigging band and would know if there are any available musicians.
That being said, you should be as good as the other musicians if you want them to play with you.

Thanks for the advice man, I will definitely check it out, although I am only 17,
so that might be a factor, I will definitely try to see if there are any local bands playing, cheers for the idea.
The only problem is that I live in a relatively small town, but I'm sure I'll find a band eventually.

I have followed this cunt from the beginning and I know he is definitely shit. Anthony Fantano is a tiny-souled bugman and everything he does is regurgitating the opinions of someone else because he has a rote mentality and does not know himself as he has a brain saturated with estrogen.
He has a channel where he tries to emulate Sam Hyde of Million Dollar Extreme but he fails, it isn't funny. It is actually like someone's mum trying to be funny.
The reason he says this shit about Hopsin is because he read a hot-or-not piece in some Jewish supremacist, ulterior-motivated tastemaker magazine like Vice that said Hopsin was lame because he didn't promote being an idiot and a criminal which is not conducive to their bug spite plans. Then Anthony Fantano scribbled down notes of what the correct opinions were to have. Fucking cunt.
