>listen to song
>compressed to hell and back
>everything is the same volume: loud as possible
>waveform is basically a rectangle
>[fade out]
>song sounds great as the loudness wall disappears
How do we fix music producers?
I cannot listen to modern music anymore because of this shit.
For fuck's sake, how do these retards get paid millions of dollars to slap a limiter on every track and then push all volumes to their maximum?
>>74493312
The loudness wars are a meme
>>74493364
>>74493364
The bass drum is so loud in every modern pop song that they literally have to hard limit the bass and vocals each time which causes distortion. This would've been considered bad quality production at any time before 2007.
As a human being, I'm a piece of shit. What's a good song for this feeling?
Creep radiohead.
Probably a lot of stuff from early Andrew Jackson Jihad

I like noise. It helps to drown out my thoughts/conscience.
thoughts on the album?
They did it again.
Just some fucking good rock tunes. Well see if these one ages like Like Clockwork

I'm honestly impressed, the first single didn't inspire confidence but this thing is a knockout. Lots of people talking about bad quality on the leak, but I've been fine with it.
It's very nostalgic to me for some reason, probably because it's so inspired by old-school rock. I love, it feels more sincere and heartfelt than LC, which I felt was too contrived for its own good.

a friend of mine broke my midi keyboard he borrowed, so he said i could choose any instrument and he'd buy it for me. do you know any cool electronic instruments? midi keyboards, synthesizers, anything cool.
I always wanted to learn how to play the guitar, but the beginning seemed to SLOW and FRUSTRATING.
>plays acoustic gutair
>put a lot of classical and flamenco guitar videos on for background noise
>this fucking ad is one of the only things YouTube sends me now
the beginning is actually very quick and then the middle is slow and frustrating
What's your "anti hospice"? An album that makes you happy and cheerful and feel good no matter what.

Yo, requesting help!
Looking for a band I used to listen to, but i have a crappy memory for names and song titles, but I do remember one of the album covers, it had the band members, one girl and 3-4 guys walking in space around a set of rings? Maybe an odd depiction of the planet. Been looking for the name and what i can remember, getting wicked 'tip of the tongue' syndrome. Any help is appreciated.

We don't even get the genre?
I believe indie/punk rock, bit of that ironic emo added in
Kind of a bump, if it helps, I believe another one of their album artworks depicted them on a sidewalk that was essentially ending, again it had a spacey backdrop.
why do people listen to this, even ironically?
That is a photograph, not music.

Music for supermarkets? Just right for brainless teenagers and soccer moms.
