You don't need lessons to learn guitar
Just start with some tabs but try to learn by ear, learn some basic theory too but don't go into advanced theory until you learn a bunch of songs and get a feel for it.
Why is it taboo to wear a band's t-shirt to their concert?
Pretty sure that's the only appropriate place to be wearing band t shirts
Cause you might get a pee stain on it lol
>There are people who actually listen to the Beatles
You can keep your Slav disco jams, Niko
>there are people who don't realise that GTA4 is the best one
>There are people
anybody ever listen to this? listening to it right now and it's fucking blowing my mind. best album i've heard in a long damn time.
>>74583989
I'm not a fan of the raspberry in the first track, but otherwise that's a fucking great album.
>>74584003
i'm surprised i like it this much, i think it might be a perfect 10 for me
i liked don cab a lot too but this just trumps all of the don cab stuff so hard
>>74584046
Yeah it's a golden fucking egg for sure. When they break the lightbulb near the mic I wanna say in the penultimate track it's so fucking effective. I've been trying to find shit like it but to no avail. I don't remember liking their second album very much.
Does having an active presence on social media sully the intent of the artist's creation?
Not for varg. Varg is retired and living indawoodz of france. He is a likable character and has interesting videos about paganism, nationalism, table top games, and black metal history
>>74583946
Like.
What if brian eno or like phil collins just started randomly uploading meme videos.
It would be weird but moo would turn into full on phil heads
No, the art is only answerable to the artist. >Counting the days till Christmas basically.
why do pretentious fags pretend to dislike the pac?
The only rapper who is respected by all normies despite the fact that they haven't heard anything he's ever made
For a while his elevation to godlike status among rap fans just didn't live up to his material as a whole
Plus Biggie was a better rapper by any objective measurement except impassioned performances
>>74583885
because he is famous among teens, and because of that for some reason "patricians" dislike him
I really like the way this album transitions from metal to ambient, are there more albums like this?
a feature of that early black metal is they would have a synth track in the beginning or at the end and thats how dungeon synth started
Hard mode: guess the band and song
First up with some prime cringe.

Your favorite videogame soundtrack(s) and the effect it has had on your musical preference
For me it would probably be the soundtrack for total annihilation, it got me into classical:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o2jS4ZaVOWA
Morrowind soundtrack got me more psyched on ambient
World of Goo has one of my all time favorite soundtracks, but I wouldn't say that vidya music had any effect on the music I listen to in my free time. Videogame soundtracks are inseparably linked to the game experience in question to me, outsie of that they completely lack their impact and the only thing I can get out of them is maybe a catchy melody.

He reminded me how unhappy I would be.
He stopped geting money from his shitty videos. So now he has to use his YTchannel to promote his hipster trash.

Gay parade by Of Montreal. Thoughts? What's the best album by Of Montreal?
>>74582595
It's the Sgt Pepper of their discography. It's actually my third fav album, lighthearted and whimsical enough before the Kevin Barnes did more electronica / psyc pop.
Hissing Fauna > Coquelicot > Gay > Satanic > Lousy = Sunlandic = Paralytic > Cherry = Skeletal > Bedside = Arboretum.
It's been a while since I listened to the band so haven't heard Aureate, Innocence or that new EP
>>74583129
Innocence is absolutely fucking hard to stomach, and that's coming from someone who will defend the bulk of their discography
Coquelicot
