my god, this guy is such a blatant industry plant. he doesn't even try to hide it. he plays this "independent artist" character and you gullible fucks eat it up.
Chance the Brapper

>>74659932
Nope. We had a similar thread the other day and it was all about those ~5 year periods...

...that at first seem to not be that much, but only at first.
Remember that someone who was let's say 18 in 2012 is now 23. Still pretty young, but also deep enough in his 20s already to see that his childhood and careless teen years are already a closed chapter that he won't ever experience again.
Someone who was 23 in 2012 and still thought the amount of time he had in his hands to use was pretty much endless is now 28. That's pushing 30. That's living in a whole different dimension. That's when most of your delusions you had at 23 are already dead.
And it only gets worse from there. 28 to 33, 33 to 38 and so on.

So, what genre is this? RYM says Art Pop, Wikipedia pages list a different genre in each language, most of them and most reviews list it as Alt-Rock...
I originally thought that this is mostly Alternative (Rock, Hip-Hop and Pop) and that S/T was more Art Pop, but I don't know anymore. The essential Alt-Rock /mu/ chart even has S/T on it.
Report the Gorillaz spamming 12 year old and move on.
Just call it Trip-Hop and move on
>>74659819
Hip-Hop, Alt-Rock, Electronic.
That's it
So fucking next level.
Of course Mel gave it a 5, the quinessential "me no understand" score.
>>74659811
He really lets his Bay Area influences show on this one. Most of the tracks sound like bizarro Too $hort
>>74659842
Turn up was my favorite, you're on the money about the West Coast thing, that song was like a Mac Dre style tribute.
He is either a.) retarded as a music reviewer after saying that something is very original and daring. With good songs and even go as far to describe it as "art" and give it 5 stars.
or b.) a hater.
He gave ke$ha a 7 star rating. Did she create her whole album from scratch, or did she use a team of producers?
I am not a follower. I listen to b's music ignorant to his presence on twitter or whatever. I just think he is the only original and uncompromising artist doing it at the moment, at the expense of his own success.
Credit where credit's due.

fuck off newfag
who gets really annoyed when some people that I hate find out about a band i like. I mean I'm not even patrician but when I see these pathetic people with 100% plebbit taste I just fucking can't. I like something that isn't popular at all, somehow these people find out about that (probably copy it from me) and now they're "big fans". It really makes me puke. Please don't pretend that you're actually not like that, I know you are and if I need to be honest then I'm really proud of being a fucking asshole.
Fag alert
How dare people enjoy things

Glad im not the only one op . Except i dont really hate anyone specific in general. I just dont like normies finding out about my favorite bands. I also never post my favorite band here (never mentioned here) in fear of normies being here. The damage of social rejection gave me this
Picked up my harmonica today and ended up jamming with it all day even though i'm just messing with it and learning still I wanna get a really good harmonica. Do any of you have any suggestions? This Lee Oskar is like 40 bucks, how much should I spend if I want a really good harmonica?
MS-series Hohner blues harp is the 'standard' quality harmonica, I recommend it for a start
get it in either C or G
/mu/'s thoughts on Travis Scott?
I personally think he is one of the most talented and artistic people in music. Songs like Apple Pie, Flying High, and Oh My Dis Side (the second half of the song) are just beautiful to me.
He's the definition of /whitegirlturnup/ music.
