What the fuck is wrong with this world.
>80,000,000 fucking EQG fags
No wonder this board has been so trash lately.
at least most of these videos have some bare merit or reasonable appeal to garner such a large audience.
Meanwhile, this steaming pile of literal fucking garbage has 36 million views.
36 million. A fucking slideshow with some retarded pitch shifted chipmunk bullshit. How. The. Fuck.
It's especially infuriating once you realise that there are things out there that people have poured their blood and soul into making that barely have a goddamn quarter of that video's views, when all this kid did was take five minutes of his time to make a fucking Windows Movie Maker slideshow shit show.
It pisses me off way more than it fucking should.
>complaining about a parkour video not getting as many views as a kid playing dolls with her mom
This isn't 2007 anymore, faggot
No one cares about parkour anymore
>inb4 people cared about it in the first place
You can pretty much get a lot of views by uploading complete garbage.
I'm not kidding. There's kids out there who just put a bunch of pictures into windows movie maker, put some shitty music in, and get a shitload of views.
It's because children are browsing the internet at an earlier age nowadays. My little 5 year-old sister sits on YouTube on her smartphone all day long looking at random shit like this.
The worse thing about this is that it has several times more views than the original.
I don't get it. Is Tombstone's music just more appealing for a general audience? Why did he take so much spotlight when he started making stuff?
Yeah pretty much because his production style has a much, much wider appeal.
I mean, I've always thought that, musically, the original is immensely more compositionally proficient, and carries more merit. But goddamn the general public sure loves their easy listenin' radio friendly trite formulaic tunes don't they.
Yeah, for sure, the original's style changes show that Odyssey/Eurobeat knows what he's doing.
Personally, his music in general appeals to me because that "eurobeat" style reminds me of the kinds of music I would hear in video games when I was a kid. That is to say, his music is new and he has his own take on it, but it also make me nostalgiac.
Yeah of course Eurobeat has appeal to some. It appeals to me as well, greatly, I fucking love his music.
But the reality is that eurobeat is a very niche genre, while Tombstone's electronica and alternative is a well established, radio-friendly genre with mass appeal and effortless listening. Any common pleb will be able to enjoy the casual pop tune, but the appeal of more niche genres is reserved to fewer people and dismissed as "lol this shit is weird lmao" by most.
